This Privacy Policy applies to itly.co.in, operated by Araadhyam Manufactures Pvt Ltd (GSTIN: 07AAPCA5371C2ZO), registered at 616, Hemkunt Chambers, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019, India.
We are an IT hardware procurement company. When you use our website, chat, or place an order, we collect certain information to fulfill your order and provide you with the best service possible.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Name and mobile number (for order and delivery communication)
- Email address (optional, for invoice and order updates)
- Delivery address and city (for shipping)
- GST number and company name (for B2B invoicing, if provided)
- Messages and chat history with our AI assistant
Information collected automatically:
- Pages visited and products browsed (via Google Analytics)
- Device type, browser, and approximate location (city level)
- OTP verification logs for portal login
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your orders
- To send order confirmations, tracking updates, and invoices via WhatsApp or SMS
- To generate your GST tax invoice
- To respond to your enquiries and support requests
- To improve our product catalogue and AI chat responses
- To send relevant product updates or offers (you can opt out at any time)
We do not sell or rent your contact information. If you accept optional marketing cookies, Meta receives technical information and shopping events as described below. We do not send your name, phone number, email, billing address, payment credentials or enquiry text to the Meta Pixel.
4. WhatsApp Communication
By providing your mobile number and interacting with our chat or placing an order, you consent to receiving order-related messages on WhatsApp. These include order confirmations, tracking updates, and payment links.
You can opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by messaging "STOP" to our WhatsApp number (+91 93155 58285).
5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers hosted within the EU/US regions with encryption at rest and in transit
- Access to your data is restricted to authorised ITLY staff only
- We use HTTPS (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission on itly.co.in
- OTP-based authentication is used for portal access — we do not store passwords
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics and, with optional marketing consent, server-confirmed purchase measurement. Purchase events include an order reference, INR payment value, public product IDs and quantities; they do not include customer names, phone numbers, emails, addresses or payment credentials.
- Google Ads — optional advertising measurement after marketing consent. The Google tag can receive technical page-visit, advertising-attribution and enquiry-submission event information. Successful enquiry submissions can count as lead conversions, not purchases. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are disabled; we do not send customer contact details or enquiry text through this tag.
- Meta Pixel — optional Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement, enabled only after you accept marketing cookies. Meta may receive public page URLs, product IDs, shopping events, INR transaction values, cookie identifiers, IP address and browser/device information. Automatic form-field collection and advanced matching are not enabled by ITLY.
- Razorpay — payment processing (your payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay and not stored by us)
- AiSensy / Meta — WhatsApp Business messaging
- Anthropic Claude / OpenAI — AI chat responses (chat messages are processed to generate replies)
7. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time

8. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage for:
- Remembering your cart items across sessions
- Storing your login session for the portal
- Google Analytics (can be blocked via browser settings)
- Optional Meta and Google Ads advertising measurement and Google Analytics purchase measurement, only after you choose “Accept marketing”
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This may affect cart and portal functionality.
You can reject optional marketing measurement without affecting shopping or sign-in. Use “Ad cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice, including withdrawing consent. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days. Rejecting stops future Meta Pixel and optional Google purchase events and withdraws Google Ads advertising-storage consent; it does not retract events previously sent. No Meta tracking image is loaded when JavaScript is disabled. Optional marketing events are excluded from staff/account pages and URLs containing free-text searches or contact parameters. Google website-usage analytics is separate from this optional purchase measurement.
9. Data Retention
Order data (name, address, invoice) is retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under Indian GST law. Chat and enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
