- Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers hosted within the EU/US regions with encryption at rest and in transit
- Access to your data is restricted to authorised ITLY staff only
- We use HTTPS (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission on itly.co.in
- OTP-based authentication is used for portal access — we do not store passwords
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics (anonymised)
- Razorpay — payment processing (your payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay and not stored by us)
- AiSensy / Meta — WhatsApp Business messaging
- Anthropic Claude / OpenAI — AI chat responses (chat messages are processed to generate replies)
