Delivery Overview

1. Delivery Timeframes

Standard laptop delivery — Pan-India

Laptop delivery is estimated at 5–7 working days after order confirmation, including processing and courier travel time. The actual time within this range depends on your region and courier serviceability.

Shipping working days are Monday–Friday, 10 am–7 pm IST. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as working days. Holidays or courier disruptions may affect estimates; the team will communicate any changes.

Other products and special logistics

Delivery timing for non-laptop products depends on the destination, stock availability and product size. The estimate and any shipping charges are confirmed before order acceptance.

Faster delivery requests

Our published laptop service is standard shipping, not expedited shipping. If you need delivery sooner, contact us to check availability. No faster delivery time or additional service is guaranteed unless separately confirmed by the team.

2. Dispatch Process

• Dispatch is subject to stock availability, order acceptance, and payment confirmation where applicable.
• Dispatch and delivery estimates may change for holidays, courier constraints, product size, or destination.
• Tracking details are shared when available after dispatch.
• Courier selection depends on location and logistics requirements.

3. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping for laptops is free across India (₹0). This applies to standard laptop delivery, not separately requested special services. Shipping charges for non-laptop products and special services are quoted before order acceptance. Catalogue prices marked GST-inclusive already include GST; a GST invoice is issued on eligible completed orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once dispatched, tracking details are sent to your registered WhatsApp/mobile number
• You can also check your order status at itly.co.in/portal using your mobile number

5. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

• Do NOT accept the delivery if the outer box is severely damaged — ask the courier to return it
• If accepted, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp with photos
• We will arrange a replacement or refund for transit-damaged goods at no extra cost

6. Bulk & Custom Orders

For bulk orders (10+ units) or large items (servers, heavy networking equipment), our team will confirm delivery timelines and logistics arrangements separately. Standard laptop shipping remains free; charges for other products or separately requested special services are quoted before acceptance.
