2. Products & Pricing
- Prices explicitly marked GST-inclusive include GST and are not charged GST again at checkout. Other prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, vendor availability, and currency fluctuations. The price confirmed at the time of order acceptance is the binding price.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred, with a full refund issued.
- Product images and specifications are indicative. Actual product may vary slightly. We strive to ensure accuracy but manufacturer specs may change without notice.
3. Orders & Order Acceptance
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (WhatsApp/email) from ITLY.
- We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
- B2B orders (companies and businesses) must provide a valid GSTIN for GST invoicing.
- Custom-configured or special-order items are non-cancellable once procurement from the vendor has been initiated.
4. Payment Terms
- Online payments: Via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) when available. Payment is due at order confirmation.
- Offline payment: Pay Later / Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or cheque may be selected when shown at checkout. Bank transfer and cheque orders are dispatched after payment is credited or cleared.
- Credit terms: Available to approved B2B customers only, with signed credit agreement.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST invoices are issued for eligible completed orders.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Key points:
- Standard shipping may be complimentary only when explicitly shown and eligible
- Remote, oversized, bulk, expedited, and special logistics may be quoted separately before order acceptance
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or other factors outside our control
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
- 7-day replacement for dead-on-arrival (DOA) products
- Manufacturer warranty applies for all products
- Change-of-mind returns accepted for unopened products within 48 hours, subject to restocking fee

- Our AI chat assistant provides product information and pricing guidance. Final prices are subject to confirmation by our procurement team.
- You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
